Merry Christmas Promise Family
It has been a great privilege and honor to serve you this year in the name of our precious Lord and Savior.
We are so grateful for everything God has done at the Promise! People saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, baptized in water, families reunited, growing in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the graduation of our amazing Bible College students. We give Him all the praise honor and glory.
Tomorrow we will remember the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ with carols, communion and heartfelt praise. My sermon is entitled “Christmas is about family”. I hope you will join us for this special, once a year celebration.
I have a special word for New Year’s Eve Sunday morning service “Looking back, Looking forward, Living today”.
The Holy Spirit has given me this verse for 2018 as a prophetic promise & assurance of His plans & purposes for all who attend the Promise.
Acts 11:21 “And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord”
I believe that the hand of the Lord will be with each of us in extraordinary manifestations! He will prosper us in ways we’ve not experienced before, so that we fulfil God’s preordained purposes for each of our lives.
Notice that as a result of God’s hand being on us, there will be a mighty move of His Spirit and “a great number believed and turned to the Lord”.
I have a deep assurance in my spirit that The Promise Church will be swept into a wave of revival that will carry multitudes into the Kingdom. We have sought God’s face in prayer and praise; now we are about to see His mighty hand revealed in our services in Jesus name.
My prayer for each of us is; “Lord do what your heart yearns for, pour out your Spirit, let your mighty hand be upon us and begin with me in Jesus name.”
Jackie and I, and all the Promise Pastors wish you a Merry Christmas and a blessed and extraordinary New Year.
We are truly blessed and grateful
